Pablo Lema Matamala es Artista, pintor, dibujante, diseñador, profesor y creador, por varios años desarrolla en su territorio un «Arte de Provincia», su obra se vincula con el entorno inmediato, la naturaleza y el patrimonio. En este recorrido afloran también colaboraciones e ideas, propias de la inquietud y el aprendizaje del artista.

Bridge Ibáñez (2014)
Production of 11 paintings (oil on canvas), that put in value the engineering, construction and the imprint of the National Monument, Bridge, President Ibañez Puerto Aysén.
The Faena (2018)
Production of 5 works (oil on canvas), that seeks to rescue and assessment of the Artisanal Fishery on the Coast of Aysén. Collective work with the "Group of Geopoética of Patagonia".
Visions of the Aysén river (2022)
Production of 9 works (oil on canvas), who highlights the presence and the link of the Aysén River with its inhabitants.
«Descubrí mi interés por el dibujo desde pequeño. A la edad de ocho años mi padre me invita a su lugar de trabajo, ahí se realiza un concurso de dibujo y pintura con otros niños del pueblo, mi primer premio, una caja de lápices y comienza esta hermosa aventura. En un momento de mucha angustia, decido darle sentido a esta actividad que, hasta ese entonces, solo era un pasatiempos. De esta manera, me hago mas consciente del rol que me corresponde como habitante de este territorio y trato de responder a esa realidad.
La precariedad y el aislamiento han sido siempre las mejores compañeras, en ellas siempre encuentro la necesidad de crear».

Sus temas están relacionados con el entorno, las costumbres, el patrimonio y el territorio de la patagonia desde la cordillera al litoral. Este mismo ambiente, propicia un momento de búsqueda interior que el artista intenta resolver utilizando el lenguaje surrealista. Las ventas y ofertas del artista se resumen en los siguientes porcentajes de producción.
